Order production & Delivery information:

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and dispatch orders at Workwear City.

Plain (Non-Customised) Items

Plain, unbranded garments are typically:

  • Dispatched within 1–2 working days

  • Shipped using 1–2 day courier services

Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and courier performance.

Customised (Printed or Embroidered) Items

Items that are printed, embroidered, or otherwise customised are made to order.

  • Production time is typically 6–8 working days from the date your PDF visuals are approved

  • Dispatch takes place once production is complete

Production time depends on:

  • Timely approval of PDF visuals

  • Order size and complexity

  • Current production workload

Delays in artwork approval will delay production start.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. Good things take time!

We do offer Express options, (a faster production speed may incur additional costs) as and when we can fulfill them. Do get in touch if there's a tight deadline.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Production begins only after:

    • Full payment is received, and

    • PDF visuals are approved by you.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details
